How to Reach Petroula’s Bar
From Elafonisi Beach
Petroula’s Bar is approximately 20–30 minutes by car from Elafonisi Beach, depending on the chosen route and road conditions. Follow the road north through the mountain villages towards Amygdalokefali and Kissamos.
From Kissamos
The journey from Kissamos follows the scenic mountain road towards Elafonisi. Allow approximately one hour, depending on traffic, weather and stops along the route.
From Chania
From Chania, travel west towards Kissamos and continue inland towards Amygdalokefali and Elafonisi. Allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the route and traffic.
From Falassarna
From Falassarna, the safest and easiest general route is usually to return towards Platanos or Kissamos and then follow the established inland road towards Elafonisi and Amygdalokefali.
